This book definitely earned an A! It was an AMAZING novel because the story was interesting and the main point the author was trying to get across was clear...skin color is a big deal to African Americans and they discriminate among themselves..i should know because I'm African...people need to know it doesn't matter what color of skin you are- its who you are on the inside.
